IDEAL Conference

Presented by Indiana University, the IDEAL Conference is an affordable, comprehensive professional development resource, taking place March 27-29, 2025, at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, Indiana.

In its second year, the three-day Midwest conference will host 700 participants in critical discourse in a wide range of areas, including teaching and learning; recruitment, retention, development, and belonging; and organizational leadership and human resource management. This conference is for working secondary and postsecondary education institutions, affiliated organizations, nonprofits, and corporate leaders.
